Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- A reason for return must be provided
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected before purchase
Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be approved.
Return Options
We do not offer refunds.
Approved returns will be processed as one of the following:
- Exchange (same item or another item of equal value, subject to availability), or
- Store credit for future purchases
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Approved returns will receive return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time they are placed.
