At Nonnistics, we take care to ensure your order is processed and delivered with attention and care. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or peak periods may require additional processing time.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States
  • Internationally to selected destinations

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier.

  • U.S. Orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: Typically delivered within 5–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays for international shipments.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or feesimposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs-related charges.
  • Nonnistics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Delays

Nonnistics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs authorities
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Events beyond our control (including weather, strikes, or force majeure)

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Nonnistics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs duties, the order will be processed as store credit only, less any shipping costs incurred.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the matter promptly.

Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
